EMERALD MOTH FACTS

Identification
Does this moth belong to the Chlorocoma genus or the Prascinocyma genus? It is bright emerald green. It holds its antennae at 180 degrees and tucked under the forewings. It has two spots like eyes at base of wings and three dots like studs on the abdomen.
